About Me
My Dream has always been the mission and vision you see below. I feel our world is missing more welcoming and supportive environments where people can heal, feel heard & seen. There is a beauty around us that is nature, it's healing in itself which is why I saw the potential it could have accompanied with psychotherapy. It is two of my strongest passions that meet which is why i want to share this expenerience.
Mission
My Mission is to provide a nature base environment where people feel comfortable and welcomed. Being able to disconnect from the outside chaos and reconnect within yourself is my aspirations. Slowing down, in order to truly listen to what our mind, body and soul is saying.
Vision
My Vision is having an environment where people feel welcomed, supported and inspired to be their most authentic self. It is in the essence of community that we grow the best therefore ensuring we can have support and more importantly therapeutic support can enable us to discover ourselves beyond what we thought possible. A place that feels like home, welcomes all holistic and wellness approaches in order to meet our clients’ overall needs.
